Here at Express Coaching Services Ltd., we are aware of how tough it's been this past year and how difficult it is for everyone, especially if you're stuck at home. But having to stay at home doesn't mean you can't keep fit and healthy and have fun while doing it. Our PE @ Home programmes are specifically designed to encourage and enable everyone to keep active and stay fit & healthy utilising the safe spaces in and around your home and everyday objects you may have laying around. They have been designed to be easy to set up, easy to understand, and easy to adapt as you see fit. Below you will find links (X) to worksheets for each game and activity, explaining what equipment you will need, how to set them up, what the main aim of the game/activity is, how to play them, and several options on how to change the games/activities difficulty level, and different options for equipment spaces that could be used. "Prefer an instructor to explain??" Well you will also find video explanations of all our games and activities demonstrated by our expert coaches, so you can see first hand how each game/activity is played and also get extra coaching tips on how best to improve while playing.
